Wait 40 minutes after the order is marked paid. Pools also need time to show a share.

Still no worker — write in chat and send a pool screenshot. We fix delivery or refund the unused part.

Short dips happen on the market. We look at the window average, not a single minute.

If hashrate stays below what you paid, we raise the bid, extend time or refund the gap.

After payment the destination is locked. Check the address before paying — that is what the checkout box is for.

If you paid with a typo, hashrate still goes there. We cannot recover coins from someone else’s address.

Unpaid orders cost nothing.

Paid, hashrate not started — full refund minus network fees.

Hashrate already live — unused time back, minus network fees.

Refund timing follows the network, usually the same day once we decide.

Minimum hashrate depends on duration: the market will not take an order that is too small.

The storefront cap stops one order eating all available hash. Need more — write in chat.
