FAQ

Short answers on start time, the pool, the price, and what happens when something goes wrong.

How fast does mining start?

After payment confirms we allocate hashrate. In most cases the worker shows up on your pool within 15–40 minutes.

Where do the coins go?

To the pool and wallet you enter. Mine-Grid does not hold mined coins.

Can I use my own pool?

Yes. Pick a recommended pool or enter any stratum host and port.

What if I enter the wrong wallet?

After payment the destination is locked. Hashpower still goes there. Check the address before paying.

Which coins can I mine?

Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin SV and Litecoin. SHA-256 and Scrypt.

How do I pay?

With cryptocurrency. One invoice — pay with the coin that suits you.

Where does the power come from?

We deliver real ASIC power to your pool. You pick a plan — we handle the connection.

What if hashrate is below the order?

If power stays below what you paid, we extend the window or refund the gap. Write in chat.

Can I cancel?

Before payment — just do not pay. After payment, if power has not started, we refund minus network fees. If mining is live, we refund unused time.

How is the price set?

The site price is live and updates on its own. At checkout the amount stays fixed while you pay.

What is the min and max?

The minimum depends on duration. The maximum is shown on the plan. Need more — write in chat.

Do you promise a coin amount?

We deliver power. How many coins you get is up to your pool: the network, difficulty and solo or shared mode.
